BlueCoatings completed surface preparation, protective coating and quality assurance for the BIS1439 DOG Stacker project as part of Bluechip Industrial Services’ ongoing supply to CBH Group. Covering 52 drawings and multiple batches of structural and mechanical components, every item was blasted, coated, inspected and documented to CBH specifications. The result was a comprehensive 101-page quality dossier, providing full traceability and demonstrating BlueCoatings’ capability to deliver high-volume protective coating work with consistent quality from preparation through to final sign-off.

A comprehensive $600,000 NPI electrical package was constructed, tested and delivered for the Robe Valley Mesa project to Rio Tinto specifications. The scope included outlet boxes, control panels, marshalling boxes, distribution boards and motor control panels, including custom-fabricated 316 stainless steel IP66 assemblies. The project demonstrates the specialist industrial electrical expertise and quality-led project delivery that Corey Turner now brings to BlueLogic.

Four 690VAC Motor Starter Panels were constructed, tested and delivered for a major North American oil and gas contractor. Designed for demanding offshore environments, the panels feature robust 2mm 316 stainless steel construction and IP66 certification for long-term durability and reliable performance in harsh operating conditions. The $200,000 project demonstrates the specialist industrial electrical expertise that Corey Turner now brings to BlueLogic.

BlueLogic designed, constructed, tested and delivered a new 1000A Site Main Switchboard for the Salmon Gums commercial site. Manufactured entirely in-house, the $200,000 project incorporates multiple supply incomers, UPS backup, arc fault containment and provision for future solar integration - showcasing BlueLogic’s engineering expertise and ability to deliver fully compliant, future-ready industrial electrical solutions.

BlueLogic successfully delivered 15 complete Drive Over Grid (DOG) Stacker switchboard packages for CBH Group, demonstrating its capability in custom industrial electrical solutions.
